In reply to Jayant Gupta's post on April 21, Unfortunately i have already tried before all of the suggestions that you mentioned and none of them worked. Tech support scams are an industry-wide issue where scammers attempt to trick you into paying for eerial technical support services.

If your computer is having problems with a recently installed device or other hardware, try using the Hardware and Devices troubleshooter to fix the problem.
