I found an Win 8 IdeaCom driver for it. Could you please be more specific and pinpoint the driver that needs to be uninstalled?

It has an older touch screen that only supports two not five points. If you are having the same problems please follow 77 steps: You can help protect yourself from scammers by verifying that the contact is a Microsoft Agent or Microsoft Employee and that the phone number is an official Microsoft global customer service number. Sorry this didn't help. Either a Microsoft should stop doing business with them, b Microsoft should provide a fix for how the driver interacts with the OS, or c let the consumer know that there is an issue and how to fix it.
